Yes — home visits are available within the Toowoomba region. A small additional travel fee may apply for locations beyond a 15 km radius.

To ensure the best experience, home visits require:
– A quiet, private space

– A stable environment for the full session
– Preferably being home alone, or ensuring the household remains distraction-free

This helps maintain confidentiality, grounding, and the therapeutic impact of the session.

Yes. Hypnotherapy, meditation, and coaching are highly effective online. Many clients find they relax more easily, reduce travel time, and feel more comfortable in their own space. As long as you have privacy and a stable internet connection, online sessions work beautifully.

Hypnotherapy FAQs

No. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the entire session. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process.
